"Returns were way more frustrating than they should be"
My order arrived and the sizing was off, so I figured I’d just return it and move on. I was already in a annoyed mood that day, and the return process definitely didn’t help because it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next.
The emails took forever to get answered, and the exchange options felt really limited. By the time someone finally got back to me, I was over the whole thing. I probably wouldn’t shop here again unless they make returns a lot easier

"Delivery took much longer than expected"
Umm, I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but it took way longer than I expected. I didn’t really get clear updates along the way either, which made it more frustrating. Not too happy with the delivery time overall.

I don’t know, maybe I just got unlucky, but it felt cheap right out of the box. I only used it for a little while before it broke, so yeah, not really what I was expecting.

"I had to follow up with them twice..."
I had to follow up with them twice just to get a response, and even then it didn’t feel like they were really trying to help. The whole thing kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of actually sorting it out

"Not loads of choice for what I wanted"
The site was fine to browse, like easy enough and all that, but the range felt a bit limited to me. I kind of expected more options, especially with the styles and colours.
A few things looked nice, maybe even cute, but there just wasn’t really enough to compare properly. I ended up having a look at other shops instead.

"Pretty solid deal, just like I expected"
I had a feeling this would be good for the price, it pretty much proved me right. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and I’m happy with what I got
